The specification sheet has been updated to remove the following items: -One air frame support cradles for H-60 helicopters that measure in the range of 65 inches wide and 28 inches tall. The cradles must be able to adjust up and down in a range of approx. 9 inches. The cradles must be able to support a weight of 20,000 pounds and have 4 swivel caster wheels for transporting the device with screw down leveling jacks to support the weight off the wheels. -One H-60 Helicopter Main Rotor Blade stand capable of supporting 4 Main rotor blades (approx. 1500 Pounds) and allows technicians to preform maintenance on blades while on the stand (not a trailer). COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: UH60 Phase Platforms This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A212 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, Defense Procurement Notice 20200324, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: 0001 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS AIR FRAME STAND, QTY: 2/EA 0002 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS FOLDING ADJUSTABLE TAIL STAND AVI040411, QTY: 1/EA 0003 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS CABIN TO TAIL SECTION SUPPORT STAND, QTY: 1/EA 0004 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS FOLDING ADJUSTABLE TAIL STAND AVI040411, QTY: 1/EA 0005 - UH-60 BLACK HAWK PHASE MAINTENANCE PLATFORM DRIVE SHAFT CART, QTY: 1/EA All items quoted shall be brand name or equivalent and delivery shall be FOB Destination. The Government will place an order with the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability to meet the defined salient characteristics of the requirement. “Technical acceptability” is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability to meet the defined characteristics of the requirement. “Expedited delivery terns” is defined as the offeror’s ability to provide the Government with all items designated in Section VI earlier than 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.
