This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01 effective 12 Nov 2019, Defense Procurement Notice20190531, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. This procurement is being issued as a full and open request for quotations. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 611699. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. **This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award.** *Please see attached PWS, Wage Determination, Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
