Sources Sought Notice For “Custom Ski Equipment” 355th Contracting Squadron, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ This notice does not constitute a formal request for quotations, bids or proposals. The purpose of this sources sought notice is for market research only, and to identify any potential qualified businesses that are interested in providing the services annotated below. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) CAGE Code and (g) a capability statement that clearly describes the organizations qualifications and ability to deliver the following requirement(s). Description of Requirement: ______________________________________________________________________________ The United States Air Force, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) has been tasked to identify potential sources, market capabilities, and market conditions for the acquisition of a CUSTOM SKI EQUIPMENT. Interested and capable commercial sources are being sought to determine capability to deliver the following Brand Name or Equal items and subsequent services: Brand Name or Equal items: - G3 Alpinist Skins 172cm / MED: QTY 19 - Ski Tubes (Style: 7005-1): QTY 19 - Custom Foot Bed: QTY 15 - Tecnica zero G touring boot pro: QTY 11 Sizes: 26.5 (QTY 1), 27.5 (QTY 1), 28 (QTY 1), 28.5 (QTY 5), 29.5 (QTY 2), 30 (QTY 1) -Tec/demo Binding mount: QTY 17 Services: The supplying vendor shall travel to Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ to deliver, mount, fit, and demonstrate proper operations to users. In addition, the following shall apply: - Technicians shall only mount bindings that they are trained and certified to mount. - Only technicians certified to properly fit and service boots shall do so. - Technicians shall demonstrate to operators how to size and cut skins. - Technicians shall demonstrate to operators the proper functioning and pre-use inspections of their bindings. -Period of Performance: January 6-8, 2020 -Place of Performance: Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ ______________________________________________________________________________ Contact Information/Important Times and Dates: If your company has the interest and capability of providing the aforementioned services, in accordance with the PWS, please respond via email using the information below. a.
