ADCOMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 'COMBO': PJ Medical Refresher Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-0049 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01 effective 10 Oct 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20191001, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. Please see attached Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. This is a Limited Sources Acquisition, the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: PJ Medical Refresher Training. Please refer to attached Performance Work Statement, and the Limited Sources J&A for additional details. Period of performance shall be from 28 October 19 to 8 November 2019. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote the lowest priced technically acceptable. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 18 October 2019, 3:00 pm. Answers will be provided by 21 October 2019, 3:00 pm. All quotes shall be submitted by 22 October 2019, 12:00 pm. **This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award.** It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
