**This is a 100% Set-aside HUBZone Project** The work includes the alteration of exterior grading/man-made drainage to divert/stop water infiltration into the facility, the replacement-upgrade of Life... **This is a 100% Set-aside HUBZone Project** The work includes the alteration of exterior grading/man-made drainage to divert/stop water infiltration into the facility, the replacement-upgrade of Life Safety equipment, the replacement/adjustment of the wet pipe sprinkler system, the replacement upgrade of HVAC systems, the replacement-upgrade of electrical system, the replacement of lighting fixtures, the replacement of floor/wall/ceiling finishes, the reconfiguration of the floor plan to create new mission required auditorium/emergency management space(s), the abatement of identified toxic materials. Additionally, the project will include the phasing of construction activities as the facility will be occupied during construction.
