A SABER contract provides a streamlined means to complete construction projects estimated less than $2 million. SABER offerors shall propose a coefficient. Delivery/Task Orders use the coefficient; multiplied against standard unit prices contained in a unit price guide (UPG). The UPG utilized will be the R.S. Means. B. Work to be performed under the SABER contract will be general construction category; to include design/build, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earth work on Davis-Monthan AFB. C. This is a competitive Small Business Administration 8(a) Set-Aside. One (1) award will be made. 10 USC 2304(c)(5) is the authority for use of other then full and open competition. THIS PROCURMENT IS SET ASIDE AS AN 8(a) COMPETITIVE LIMITED TO ARIZONA 8(a) FIRMS WITH A BONA-FIDE ARIZONA OFFICE. The assigned SBA Requirement Number is QL1549404908C. D. Guaranteed contract minimum will be the cost of the awardees' proposed retention fee. E. Contract performance is one period consisting of 60 months F.
