This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA effective 6 May 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190215, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333914 with a size standard of 750 EMPS. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. *Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Full Text Clauses, Wage Determination, and Brand Name Justification referenced for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) • A site visit will be conducted on June 11, 2019 at 9:45AM. We will meet at Swan Gate at 9:45AM. Contractors that are attending must send an email confirmation of their participation to destiny.stafford@us.af.mil • All questions must be submitted by June 14, 2019 at 4:00PM MST. • Answers to questions will be provided on June 17, 2019 by 4:00PM MST. • All quotes must be submitted by June 20, 2019 by 2:00PM MST. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF THE SITE VIST DATE.
