This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20190215, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 238220 with a size standard of $15.0 Million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. *Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation with PWS and provisions and clauses referenced for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
