This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20190215, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a service disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 611699 with a size standard of $11.0 Million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Davis Monthan AFB is currently contemplaiting a solicitation for a RQS Training exercise requirment which includes some of the following necesities: -The contractor will provide access to 2 different airfields capable of landing C -130's. -Contractor will provide 2 FAA certified Master Riggers able to support packing at least 5 RA-1 parachute system pack jobs a day (each) -Facility should be located no more than 250 Miles or 5 Hr. drive from Davis- Monthan AFB. -The contractor will provide facilities to bed down 40 personnel. -The contractor will provide meals per day, snacks for on-the-go, and 1 gallon per person of cold drinking water for 40 Personnel. -Vendor will provide or subcontract 18 Live Tissue Patients, 4 "Rescue Randy"-type human simulations.
