This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20180928, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as an Other Than Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 481219 with a size standard of $15.0 Million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. *Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, and provisions/clauses included for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
