This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0467 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 August 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190820, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. iv. Please see attached Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. v. This is a full and open requirement. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. Uninstallation, removal, and installation of Steris the AMSCO 7052HP Washer/Disinfector and Acu-Hold Container System. vi. Period of performance shall be 5 days ARO. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote the lowest priced technically acceptable. viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a. Questions are due by 24 September 2019, 10:00 am. b. Answers will be provided by 24 September 2019, 2:00 pm. c. All quotes shall be submitted by 25 September 2019, 2:00 pm. ix.
