This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0447 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DPN 20190820 effective 20 Aug 2019. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. iv. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 221310 with a small business size standard of $27.5 Million. v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: Aspen 5500M Self Contained Water Purification System. This is a brand name requirement. CLIN 0001 - ADAPTIVE BASING TRAINING EQUIPMENT QTY: 1 UNIT: BD vi. Delivery of equipment shall be FOB Destination. Contractor will coordinate delivery through the 355 CES point of contact. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. viii.
