COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO': Huntron Access HD2 i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0440 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 August 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190820, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. iv. Please see attached Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. v. This is a full and open requirement. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a Brand Name or Equal firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. One DH2 Tracker and Controller to include access dual head prober with monitor, keyboard, mouse, two cameras. Cameras to have top down viewing to show area of 12" x 19" minimum. CD manual, power cord, test cables, probe kit, USB cable, lube, tool kit, board holder kit and USB microscope. One year full workstation software license - allowing downloads of new information releases. Training conducted at delivery site. vi. Delivery of shall be FOB Destination. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote the lowest priced technically acceptable. viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a. Questions are due by 11 September 2019, 2:00 pm. b. Answers will be provided by 12 September 2019, 2:00 pm. c. All quotes shall be submitted by 13 September 2019, 10:00 am. ix. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. x. Point of Contacts are: a.
