This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0432 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DPN 20190820 effective 20 Aug 2019. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. Small and large business are welcomed to submit quotes. iv. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. CLIN 0001 - Engineering Design Study for upgrade of current security alarm system - QTY: 1 - Unit of Measure: Lot One lot includes provide a design on how to better upgrade our current SCIF alarms and the DBOC. Please see attachment "Performance Work Statement" for details. All vendors must comply with attachment "Wage Determination 2515-5474 Revision 8." v. The performance site is Davis-Monthan AFB. vi. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. vii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a. Questions are due by 6 Sep 2019, 10:00 am. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) b. Answers will be provided by 9 Sep 2019, 03:00 pm. c. All quotes shall be submitted by 10 Sep 2019, 02:00 pm. viii. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all quotes and/or questions are submitted in a timely manner by specified due date.
