This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0417 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 August 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190809, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. iv. Please see attached Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. v. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333517 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. FILTER SYSTEM - FUSION LASER SYSTEM, Qty: 1 EA g. VECTOR GRID - FUSION 40 CO2 LASER SYSTEM, Qty: 1 EA vi. Please note that the power cord must be a 240v plug, as the outlet is a 2-30R 250v 30Amp. Power cord must be 10 FT long (see attachment) for outlet specifics. vii. Delivery of shall be FOB Destination. viii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote the lowest priced technically acceptable. ix. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a.
