This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0404 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. iv. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336112 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. CLIN 0001: PURCHASE UTV QTY: 2 Unit of Issue: EA vi. Delivery of the UTV shall be FOB Destination. Delivery must be coordinated with the designated Government point of contact. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product. viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a. Questions are due by 8 August 2019, 1:00 PM. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) b. Answers will be provided by 9 August 2019, 1:00 PM. c. All quotes shall be submitted by 13 August 2019, 1:00 PM. ix. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ.
