This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0370 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. iv. Please see attached Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. v. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a small business size standard of $15 MIL. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. Razor Wire Installation. Please refer to attached Performance Work Statement, Appendix 4.1 Project Location and Contractor Environmental Guide for details. vi. Period of performance shall be 7 weeks ARO. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote the lowest priced technically acceptable. viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a. A Site Visit will be held on 20 August 2019 8:30 am. Please email the point of contact, danielle.sookhai@us.af.mil, to confirm attendance no later than 19 August 2019, 12:00 pm. Vendors should arrive no later than 8:00 am at the Craycroft Gate in an unmarked vehicle to be sponsored on to Davis Monthan AFB. Driver's license, a copy of insurance and vehicle registration are required. b. Questions are due by 22 August 2019, 10:00 am. c. Answers will be provided by 26 August 2019, 10:00 am. d. All quotes shall be submitted by 29 August 2019, 10:00 am. ix.
