This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; only quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334118 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. * Please see attached Brand Name Justification, and Provisions and Clauses referenced for all applicable information. DMAFB requests quotes for one (1) BD of hand-held tablet accessories as follows: a) PIVOT Case - iPad Mini 4 x 100qty b) PIVOT Utility Light Mount x 20 qty c) PIVOT MINI4 FILTER KIT, IR SUPPRESSING NVIS FILTERS x 100qty The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) • Questions are due by 22 July 2019, 10:00 am. • Answers will be provided by 23 July 2019, 10:00 am. • All quotes shall be submitted by 24 July 2019, 10:00 am.
