This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure equipment manager services with a base year and four option years contract. The equipment manager will provide guidance and expertise in operational usage, accountability and management of maintenance on equipment common in special tactics or pararescue squadrons. Equipment may include: confined space/structural collapse kits, extrication kits (light and heavy), high altitude oxygen systems, jumpmaster kits, and percussive rescue tool kits. Under this requirement the contractor shall meet the following characteristics: CLIN0001 – Equipment Manager CLIN0002 – Travel (CONUS) The designated NAICS Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15 million. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition.
