THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure: -CLIN 0001: (QTY: 2 EA) MRVR Deployed Mission Rehearsal System, 60G Flight controls OR EQUAL -CLIN 0002: (QTY: 4 EA) MRVR Software License OR EQUAL -CLIN 0003: (QTY: 4 EA) MRVR Hardware Package, VR Headset, Laptop, Comm system, pelican case, controllers, accessories OR EQUAL -CLIN 0004: (QTY: 120 HR) Hourly MRVR/DMRS technical support OR EQUAL -CLIN 0005: (QTY: 1 EA) Installation services for DMRS and MRVR system OR EQUAL -CLIN 0006: (QTY: 1 EA) On-site training, technical assistance, 2 people, Full Day event OR EQUAL NAICS: 511210 - Computer software publishing and reproduction. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
