This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20190215, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 532490 with a size standard of $32.5 Million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. *Please see attached provisions and clauses referenced for all applicable information. DMAFB requests quotes for one (1) Bundle of generators and parts. CLIN 0001: (QTY:1/LOT) - Generators Rental 2- 56 KW Generator Ultra Silent 1- 80 KW Generator 1- 400 Amp I-Line Panel 6- 200 Amp Distribution Panel 24- 125 Amp 2 Pole Breaker 24- #2/5 Wire 50' Banded Cable 5- 4/0 x 50' Power Cord All generators and parts must be delivered to Davis Monthan AFB and set up NLT 26 Apr 19 and will be picked up 21 May 19. The company must provide all parts, transportation, delivery, set-up and installation, disassembly and removal as well as required servicing, to include but not limited to, oil changes and filters and any and all scheduled and emergency maintenance required to ensure these generators run for the allotted time. In addition, fueling and fuel delivery must be available as required. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
