Contractor must have an active Facility Security Clearance (FCL) of at least a Secret at the time of proposal in order to be eligible for award. Period of Performance is 1 Jun 2020-31 May 2020 with 4 option years and a 6 month extension. Place of Performance is at Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and addenda are included in the SF1449.
