Solicitation, provisions, and clauses are in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2020-06 Defense Circular: DPN 20190430 Air Force Acquisition Circular: AFAC 2019-1001 Set-aside: 100% small business under NAICS: 481219 – Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation; Size Standard: $16.5M The government intends to award a 1 time service contract with a period of performance of 27 July - 7 August 2020 to the successful offeror. The offer shall meet all term and conditions of this solicitation. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth may result in the offer being considered unresponsive and not available for award. CLIN 0001 – Arizona Airlift Services - The contractor shall provide Airlift Support in accordance with the PWS. Period of Performance: 27 July – 7 August 2020 Unit of Measure: Hour Quantity: 48 All contract clauses are outlined in the attached SF1449. By returning a quote offerors agree to all terms and conditions outline in the SF1449. All proposals must include the following: A pricing schedule matching the above CLIN structure.
