The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the following for possible future requirement: General Requirements Existing coverage installation and cutover Service orders / termination Payment Warranty We request that any interested vendors of cellular/personal communication services provide enough information to reflect the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government’s need, based on the details provided by this Sources Sought notice. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quote/Proposal, nor does it restrict 765 ABS/CONF/PKA to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by 765 ABS/CONF/PKA to determine the capability of potential sources. For the future acquisition of this service, vendors should be aware that only offerors which have active registration in the federal government’s vendor database, System for Award Management (SAM.gov) will be considered.
