99 CES Fire Suppression Certification
This combined pre-solicitation/solicitation is an RFQ for a firm-fixed-price contract set aside for total small business under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services, $25.5M size standard). The contractor will provide all design, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, administration, and supervision necessary to test, analyze, and certify fire suppression systems in Buildings 10707, 10440, and 10432 at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to requirements, receives an “Acceptable” rating on Technical Capability, and offers the lowest total evaluated price, provided the price is fair, reasonable, and not unbalanced; the government may award without discussions or make no award. The period of performance is 22 September 2026 through 21 November 2026, with performance at Nellis AFB, NV and inspection/acceptance FOB Destination. Offerors must complete the Price List and should review the performance work statement and other attachments, including past performance references and the SCA wage determination.
