This project involves constructing two maintenance pads with weatherproof receptacles and disconnects, installing a two-sided screen block wall around condensing units, and running electrical and HVAC line sets at Building 119. New cassette-type HVAC systems must be installed in four rooms, with capacities ranging from 1 to 4 tons, each with separate controllers. All work must comply with stringent codes including UFC, DOD directives, and Clark County, Nevada regulations. The period of performance is 160 days, and the location for services is Nellis Air Force Base. Proposals will be evaluated based on lowest price, technically acceptable.
