This notice constitutes the only solicitation for the subject requirement. The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price, technically acceptable. The Government intends to establish up to two (2) separate BPAs with two individual contractors, where contractors may be rotated to spread the business for services; however, the Government also reserves the right to establish less than two (2) BPAs, or none at all. Vendors who do not quote the entire package requested will be considered non-responsive and their quote will not be evaluated. Questions and Answers: All questions must be submitted via email to Jeremy Rivera at jeremy.rivera.3@us.af.mil. The deadline for submitting questions is Tuesday, 28 May 2024 at 10:00 AM PDT. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date and time will not be reviewed or answered. All responses to questions will be posted to SAM.gov for viewing. Proposals are due no later than Wednesday, 12 June 2024 at 10:00 AM PDT. Only offers submitted electronically, via email, will be considered for this requirement.
