Evaluation Factors for Award **This is a supplement to the SF1449 for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation. Please reference Attachment 1 - SF1449 for additional details regarding the BPA. 1. The solicitation number is FA486124R0003. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05, effective 8 August 2023. 3. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as Small Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 812332, Small Business Size Standard $47.0M. 4. Contractor shall provide a service to clean, wash, and dry Individual Protective Equipment for the 99 Logistics Readiness Squadron, 820 Red Horse Squadron, and 555 Red Horse Squadron. The requirement shall be provided in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT 2 – “99 LRS IPE Laundry Service PWS” FOR MORE INFORMATION. 5. DELIVERABLES: Offerors shall provide the following: a. A completed Price List (see “Attachment 3 – Price List”). Offers that do not include a completed Price List will be deemed unresponsive and not considered. 6.
