The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, personnel, supervision, transportation, disposal, and other items or services necessary to perform maintenance on items listed in 2.1 of the PWS. The appliances are dispersed throughout 11 centrally located facilities (dorm buildings/day rooms 706, 715, 745, 775, 767, 777, 781, 783, 784, 793, 795).
