This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside under NAICS 561720. The size standard is $19.5 Million. SOLICITATION #: FA4861-20-R0008 An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be awarded with 1 Base + 4 Option Years. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective 16 July 2018. Questions: Offerors shall submit all questions and requests for clarifications no later than 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time on 18 March 2020. The decision to respond to questions and requests for clarification received after 4:30 pm on 18 March 2020 shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
