NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334290. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to American Signal for GIANT VOICE Corrective Maintenance and Parts service maintenance. American Signal is a certified dealer and technical partner and have received specialized training in the integration, installation and maintenance of voice systems. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 19 March 2019 that are equivalent to the American Signal will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Only information received by this date will be considered in our market research. All questions should be directed to 2d Lt Andrew Horstman at andrew.horstman.1@us.af.mil or 702-652-9576. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads "F3G3FA9037AW01, GIANT VOICE Corrective Maintenance and Parts" Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
