This is a request for a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate in reference to Interventional, Neurointerventional, and Neuroradiology services to be provided for the Mike O'Callahan Military Medical Center located on Nellis AFB, NV. This ROM request is for services to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for Interventional, Neurointerventional, and Neuroradiology Services. This is not a request for quote, request for proposal, or invitation for bid issuance. This is not a solicitation for any type of offer. This inquiry neither states nor implies that a future contract(s) will be awarded to any person, firm or other entity responding to this request. The Government does not have funding and is not obligated to do business with or to enter into any form of contract as a result of the ROM. This request is being made for mission planning purposes only.
