SOLICITATION #: FA4861-19-Q-C001 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: - 314110-Carpet and Rug Mills The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to install carpet in Bldg. 201 at Nellis AFB, NV IAW the Statement of Work. The contractor shall purchase the carpet materials by following the guidelines of the Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) Carpet Ordering Guide Program. A listing of the approved dealers previously established under the Tier I contracts as follows: (FA8057-17-C-0002, FA8057-17-C-0003, FA8057-17-C- 0004, and FA8057-17-C-0005).
