Acquisition is contemplated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited as a Request for Quote IAW FAR 13. Quotes are contemplated to be evaluated and awarded on a Best Value / Trade-Off basis where Technical and Past Performance are contemplated to be Significantly More Important than Price. Magnitude is anticipated to be approximately between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance is contemplated to be one Base Year plus five Option Years. A pre-award Site Visit is contemplated on a Date/Time TBD. Draft PWS is attached and subject to change on any issued Request for Quote. Interested vendors are asked to email the listed POCs noting the same, as well as a rough estimate of how long they will require to generate a quote. This information is contemplated to inform the duration of the RFQ. Any useful feedback on the draft PWS attached is also requested and appreciated.
