Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for the purchase and installation of a complete, standalone video surveillance system at building 848 on Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico. The system must include specific new equipment, such as an NVR and various cameras, to provide full coverage without any network, Wi-Fi, or cloud capabilities. A site visit is strongly encouraged on Thursday, 9 April 2026, at Cannon Air Force Base. Contractor personnel will require background checks and must comply with all base access and security requirements. The contractor must also comply with prohibitions on providing covered telecommunications equipment.
