Portable Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) Live Fire BPA REAQ
Cannon AFB, NM requires a Portable Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Live Fire Trainer and operator to conduct live fire training over a 5-day period, enabling personnel to maintain certifications per NFPA 1003/1403 and FAA Part 139. The training will occur bi-annually in April and August, with the BPA covering a 5-year period. The current static trainer is out-of-service due to safety issues and would require over $1.5M in repairs, creating a training deficiency. The contract will provide the necessary equipment and instruction to ensure compliance with Air Force and FAA training requirements. Performance of services will be at Cannon AFB, New Mexico.
