The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for DRAGOON TENTS or EQUAL at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Please see attachments for specific details. THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUEST. Description of the Dragoon Tent or Equal: This multi-use tent should be between 11ft and 15ft in length and width, and an interior height of between 6 - 7ft. Tent must include: Tan, green or subdued color scheme Have packed dimensions of less than 35” x 20” x 20” Have footprint area of between 120 – 190 sq ft 8 person capacity Contain ground and sand/snow stakes Carrying bag/container with handles and wheels Weigh less than or equal to 50 lbs Tent body constructed of no less than 70D Ripstop Nylon with 5,000mm+ waterproof urethane coating and DWR finish HVAC duct connections (supply and return duct) 4-season tent i.e summer shade tent, mild weather shelter and winter shelter designed to handle snow load No less than four doors Internal loops for hanging lights Removable floor constructed of no less than 210 Oxford Nylon with 5,000mm+ waterproof urethane coating and DWR finish Follow "Instructions to Offerors" on attached document: DRAGOON TENTS or EQUAL - COMBO to submit a quote.
