Amendment 0001 Extend the solicitation response deadline, to allow time for questions received to be answered and posted. The Government is seeking a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to accomplish the waste characterization sampling and analysis of the contents of the oil-water separator, including any sludge or volatiles; the pump-out, cleaning, removal, and off-base treatment/disposal of waste at a permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF); and return the oil-water separator to full functioning operation after cleaning. A Site Visit will be held on 27 March 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The Questions Deadline is 1 April 2025 at 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
