Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to: - Notify potential vendors that loose bulk compost will now be considered technically acceptable. Previously, the requirement was for bagged compost, however, unbagged compost is now acceptable. - In lieu of the above change to the requirement, the solicitation will be extended to ensure all potential vendors are given adequate time to update, change, or provide a new quote that meets the new specifications. The new solictation due date is Tuesday, 18 March at 1:00 PM MDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to: - Extend the solictation response due date to Friday, 14 March at 1:00 PM MDT - Notify potenial vendors that the removal and amendment of certain provisions and clauses in accordance with Attachment 4 - Class Deviation 2025-O0003 will take effect for this solictation and any subsequent contract award. This Request for Quotation is to award one (1) contract for a sterile compost for 865 Cubic yards(23,335 cubic feet) to use for the golf course greens for Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Delivery will be no later than 21 March 2025. The basic requirement for the compost is contained in Attachmet 1 - Salient Characteristics.
