NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: (THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE) The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement to Aragons Dragon & Dreams LLC. UEID: UJNTH8CHAE47 Address: 405 N Main ST/Clovis, New Mexico/88101-7556, United States. Aragons Dragon & Dreams LLC (Operating as Just Kiln Me Now) will provide Art-assisted psychotherapy (AAP) focuses on those with mental or substance use disorders, cognitive issues, and other disorders. While still a form of “talk” therapy, AAP allows clients to use multiple senses while identifying and processing emotional issues. The indoor art centered environment and use of art material lend a unique, positive dimension to the experience. During each event, airmen will have the opportunity to complete various art pieces while being assisted by Subject Matter Experts. Due to the proximity to Cannon AFB and the frequency of events and travel restraints of the base populace, a sole source blanket purchase agreement is in the best interest of the government. This agreement will be made under FAR Part 12 Commercial, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than Full and Open Competition, FAR 13.303-1 Blanket Purchase Agreements, and using FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the services listed above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 12 Aug 2025 at 4:30PM (MDT).
