Second, to change to the instructions to offerors from no additional documentation added to the vendor quotes to specific documentation added to the quotes vendors submit. Third, to change the questions for this RFQ from 29 August at 4:00PM to 17 September at 9:00AM MST. Fourth, a change to delivery information from Contractor specified to Cannon AFB. Fifth, is to change the evaluations criteria to include specifics under the technical criteria. Finally, a change in the PWS from Attachment 1 - PWS (0003) to Attachment 1- PWS (0004) ***Please review the updated Combo- Thunder Dome- Mindlfare- Ammendment 0005*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA485524Q0067 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
