The 27 SOFSS requires an indoor playground. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, qualifications and other items and services necessary to deliver and assemble an indoor playground at Cannon AFB, NM. The contractor shall perform the requirements of this SOW in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and industry standards. Please see attached SOW and Synopsis/Solicitation for further information. Submission Details: Please include the following information in your submission: - Email Subject Line: "FA485524Q0038 Cannon AFB Indoor Playground Combined Synopsis/Solicitation" - Submitter's Name and Company - Business Address: Street, City, State, zip code - Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code - Unique Entity ID - Company socio-economic status - POC (i.e., company representative) - POC telephone number and email address Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulations. Respondents shall indicate which portions of its response are Intellectual Property (IP) and mark IP accordingly. Classified submittals will not be accepted. Site Visit Instructions: Cannon AFB, NM is not an open base. You must have a valid state issued ID, and current vehicle registration and insurance to enter the base. Change: If you wish to attend the site visit, please provide a response expressing interest no later than 6 August 2024 at 3:00PM MDT to the POCs below. The site visit will be held 07 August 2024 at 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Attendance to the site visit is not mandatory.
