This acquisition is for non-personal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform repair of existing Water Well 4A at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall have tested and restored Water Well #4 to 100% operational. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as local, state and Federal regulations. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further information. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, which comprises establishments primarily engaged in installing and servicing plumbing.
