This is a brand name requirment.The purpose of this requirement is to replace 1 existing boiler in Bldg 1275 with the same make and model boiler, Lochinvar (AWH0800NPM). Vendor must be able to provide a "AWH0800NPM Lochinvar" Boiler. This specific model is needed so that there is no need for any modification to the electrical service venting or plumbing lines. No installation is needed, only the delivery of the boiler. Question #1: Is there a cost estimate , budget or ballpark figure for the project listed? Is there an actual start date for the project? Answer #1: This is a Commodity purchase only, so there is no project that would require a cost estimate or start date. This is strictly the purchase of the above named boiler.
