This requirement is for 1 boiler replacement at building 550 using the same model, Lochinvar Armor Condensing Water Heater (AWH0800PM). (1 ea) Replacing the Lochinvar water heaters with the same model will remove the need for re-plumbing any of the supply and return lines, no need of re-wiring any of the electrical lines or thermostat wires and the vent stacks will fit perfectly with out any re-piping of the venting stacks saving the government time and money on changing the current system in order to work with a different brand of boilers.
