This is the synopsis for the 27 Special Engineering Civil Engineering "Specialized Maintenance And Repair Team" (SMART) non-personal service requirement. The contractor shall provide management, supervision and non-personal services in the performance of SMART work task processing in support of the 27th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron's (27 SOCES) at Cannon AFB (CAFB) and Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR), NM. The contractor shall provide work task to include a team lead, plumber, electrician, HVAC, and carpenter execution for facilities and buildings in support of CAFB and MAFR, in accordance with (IAW) Federal, State and local laws and regulations, manufacturer specifications and standard commercial practices. In addition the contractor shall process work tasks IAW the Whole Building Design Guide, International Code Council, and National Fire Protection Association.
