The 27th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron (27 SOCES – POC Information will be provided) requires carpet to be replaced in Bldg. 77, Base Exchange 10 Back Office Spaces; approximately 135 square yards tile carpet, 365 linear feet of rolled cove, and 24 linear feet of transition strip (see floor plan at end of SOW). The materials shall be delivered in the manufacturer's original wrappings and packaging, unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Point of Contact (POC). When delivered to the worksite, each roll of carpet shall have the original sticker/tag from the manufacturer, containing information to include the color, run number, pattern and carpet quality. REQUIREMENT: In accordance with the United States Air Force Carpet Program Ordering Guide, the Contractor shall obtain one of the following carpet choices from an established Tier I Contractor for each specified portion of Bldg. 77.
