This requirement is for the purchase of seven (7) battery operated light weight white phosphor L3Harris (AN/PVS-31A) Gen3 Night Vision Goggles (NVG) that meet the requirements detailed within Attachment 2 - Specifications. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 - (7) Each L3Harris AN/PVS-31A Night Vision Goggles 0002 - (1) Each Shipping Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The following documents are attached to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Combo - SERE Night Vision Goggles, Attachment 1 - Single Source Justification, Attachment 2 - Specifications, and Attachment 3 - Provisions and Clauses.
