This requirement is for the demolition, removal and disposal of the existing play structure, rubber surfacing and shade structure at the Youth Center Playground on Cannon Air Force Base. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, transportation, labor, and supervision required to remove the existing playground structure and haul recyclable and non-recyclable materials to the appropriate locations described in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Work shall adhere to the most current federal, state, and local requirements. Please review all attached documents and submit a filled out combined synopsis solicitation form found under attachments. Additionally, the contractor shall develop and provide a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that clearly describes how they intend to meet the required objectives outlined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Objectives (SOO). **Amendment** An organized site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time on 2 August 2022. Participants will meet at Cannon AFB Visitor's Center. Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting A1C Makensy Umscheid at makensy.umschceid@us.af.mil or by calling 575-784-6218. Please provide a list of attendees who wish to take part in the site visit. Any and all people who join us on the site visit will need to bring a valid driver’s license with them in order to gain entry.
