The Contractor shall furnish all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work described in the SOW and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of solicitation. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required product and services. 27 SOCONS is interested in the identification of capable sources for the purchase and installation of .060 mil white EPDM floor overlay in the Melrose Air Force Range Radar Globe. The 27th Special Operations Wing is searching for potential contractors to perform all the tasks necessary to deliver the requirement in compliance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
